How to purchase and activate your eSIM

You can purchase your eSIM directly from our website. Just select your destination, choose the data plan that best suits your trip and complete the payment. Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with installation instructions and a QR code to activate it.

The eSIM is sent instantly after completing the purchase. You will receive an email with all the necessary information for activation. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

To activate your eSIM, follow these steps according to your device:

On iOS:

  1. Open the Settings of your cell phone.
  2. Go to Mobile Data.
  3. Select Add eSIM.
  4. Scan the QR code you received in your email.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the eSIM to activate.

On Android:

The steps may vary depending on the brand and version of the system, but in general:

  1. Open the Settings of your cell phone.
  2. Go to Networks and Internet (or Connections in some models).
  3. Go to the SIMs or SIM Management section.
  4. Select Add eSIM or Add Carrier.
  5. Scan the QR code you received in your email.
  6. Confirm the installation and wait for the eSIM to activate.

If you do not find these options, check your device’s manual.

To make sure everything runs smoothly, we recommend installing your eSIM in advance, preferably one day before your trip and in a place with a stable Wi-Fi connection. This will avoid possible installation errors on your device, whether Android or iOS. It is best to avoid unstable public networks and make sure you are connected to a reliable network.

The eSIM activation must be done once you arrive at your destination. You will not need Wi-Fi or mobile data to activate it, you will only need to access the eSIM settings and enable data roaming. Remember that the validity period of your plan will start the moment you activate it.
